How do I appeal a charge I got from move-out?
Residence Life and Housing will forward billable damage information to Financial and Accounting Services within 12 working days after commencement.
If you feel that you have been issued a bill incorrectly, and you did not participate in the Express Check-Out process, you must appeal within 30 days of receiving the email notification of the charge.
